Pacific Crest Youth Arts Organization (Pacific Crest) holds member, staff, and volunteer safety and well-being as our highest priority. We require all parties to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Employees and representatives of Pacific Crest must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable policies, laws, regulations, and ordinances. Pacific Crest policies and handbooks can be found here:

We encourage and enable employees, volunteers, members and others to raise serious concerns internally so that Pacific Crest can address and correct inappropriate conduct. This form can be used to report complaints or concerns about suspected ethical, harassment, and legal violations.
Any conduct that degrades or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual because of a protected classification, including but not limited to that individual’s race, color, sex, gender identity, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, or disability (or that of an individual’s relatives, friends, or associates). Threats, derogatory comments, jokes, innuendoes, insults, slurs, epithets, negative stereotyping, theft, vandalism, and other similar conduct are not consistent with the mission, vision and values of Pacific Crest.
All submissions will be securely and confidentially delivered to the Ethics, Compliance and Integrity Committee, which is made up of members of the Board of Directors. This ensures that your filing will be addressed by an appropriate, non-related party. If you would rather, you can also reach out directly to the Board President or any member of the Pacific Crest Board of Directors.
